Complaint regarding Karbonn mobile servicing

On 05.04.2016 I handed over my mobile Karbonn A 100 which was then within warranty period to Lakshmi Telecom, Authorised Service Center of Karbonn Mobiles, 204, Diamond Harbour Road. Kolkata-700034 as my mobile was completely dead and there also a “X” mark in red colour on the network. After that whenever I opened my mobile I saw that my network was not opening & still there was a “X” mark in red colour on the network. I think it was some mobile software problem. Thus I handed over to Lakshmi Telecom for free service. My POP date was then: 26.04.2015, normally my warranty extended upto 26.04.2016. But till date i.e. on 15.05.2016 Lakshmi Telecom is not providing me any information about my mobile, whether it would be workable further or not. The Service Job Sheet no.: KJASPWB066416KR1027, my IMEI NO.:911345305436401, ASP Code:KJASPWB066. So Sirs, please look into the matter with your utmost care and help me to procure some good news abut my mobile.
