Complaint regarding Lenova K3 Note service

I have purchased lenova k3 note mobile handset by flipkart.on 01-11-2015 after two and half month its left side touch is not working. i visit lenova service centre at cell point, s-113, first floor sahara mall gurgaon. They refuse to repair handset verbally, they said that your phone catch moisture of environment by charging port. they said verbally they can’s solve this problem. They said that if u want to repair your phone you pay Rs. 3950/-. My phone in warranty period of one year. After that i contact lenova company by e-mail, company said that we solve your problem but 2-3 days after lenova company called me a confrence call with sahara mall service centre and refuse to repair my handset. Phone catch environment moisture, its fault of handset, it is not my fault, then why i suffered this situtation. i humble request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
