I purchased LeTv _LE2 64 GB Le X526 mobile from TOP 10 Santa Cruz east shop dated 06th November 2016. Within 2 months I have faced the issue with the charger first and then the handset. When I reported this issue to the shop owner,he rudely directed me to complain to the company although it’s within the 6 months warranty period. After arguing, he said he was ready to forward the complain himself. I submitted my charger cable as he said the problem is with the cable ; on 19 the January 2017 and it’s been 12 days since then that I haven’t received my charger cable as he claims that it’s out of stock. He has now directed me to Shree Sharda centre with contact number 022 40055043 which is busy throughout their working hours and cannot be connected.
Top 10 service shop has returned my mobile handset after it was formated ( loosing all my data, which I was never warned). So now directed me to the service centre, in my case Shree Sharda service centre Santa Cruz west,today 6 Feb 2017,where I’v walked in just to stand there without any service for a good 20 minutes. Let me tell u ( these people don’t pick up calls or their lines are forever busy). So as per your instructions I met this owner Mr Nxxxxj Mxxxxl (Shree Sharda service) telling me that the service complaint cannot be logged in to Le eco as the Le eco company has issues with log in for a 64 GB Le eco phone. And to add to this he says,”THIS iS NOT HIS PROBLEM” and he doesn’t know when it would be resolved. There is no estimate time that can be given. I told him that means it may take months or years to which he replied”YES MAM”. Look at the way the service centres are responding to customer issues that I ‘ve been directed to. So this means Basically I”m a fool to purchase a 14,000 Rs Le eco Super phone whose charger cable has got Super unusable and cannot be replaced (3 weeks till now).
