I had placed an order of the ACT android mobile app for a new connection at my residence on 10th of February, 2017. Not only have they failed to get the setup done, no one from their side has even shown up for collecting my verification documents.
After relentlessly contacting them for days on end, they are yet to come up with a reasonable response and a timeline. They have missed deadlines given by themselves multiple times. Please help me in getting the connection or reverting the payment I made to them.
