It is strange that Amazon India doesn’t let its customers to post anything on their shoddy delivery on the product review page. On 31 January 2017, I had ordered for a product from Amazon. The order number was 404-2973238-3027546. It was from a third party retailer and I had paid extra money for express delivery (I had been promised that I would receive the product by 3-7 February). More than a week later, I am yet to receive it.
A couple of days ago, on Amazon’s product review page, I wrote a post, with a header: “Shoddy and unprofessional”. I wrote: “Very very shoddy and unprofessional attitude when it comes to delivering the item. They can almost never keep their delivery date, even when they charge extra for ‘express delivery’, which is nothing but a joke. The only reason I order from them is the quality of the product is good and it is not expensive. But they should immediately look for some other delivery method.”
A day later, they rejected the post, saying: “Your review could not be posted”.
In a mail, they wrote, they were arranging for a refund (which I am yet to receive). But I don’t want a refund. I want the product (which was meant for my infant daughter) and want it fast. And I am still waiting. Thank you Amazon.
