Complaint regarding non-delivery by Shopclues

I had ordered a Daiwa 40 inch LED TV from shopclues on 17th March 2017 for Rs18,657/- which was dispatched on 20th March 2017 via Beacon BWG-Road carrier and Tracking no. R105386.
The estimated delivery date provided by shopclues was 24th March 2017, which later was delayed to 27th March 2017 due to 1 day delay in shipment and 26th being a sunday product cannot be delivered.
I waited till 27th March 2017, then contacted the Shopclues customer care team again and they told me the shipment is again delayed and now will be delivered by 29th March 2017.
Again, contacted shopclues customer team today i.e. 29th March 2017 and they told it will be delivered tomo i.e. 30th March.
I have asked for refund which is refused by shopclues till the product returns back to their warehouse.
I am completely frustrated and need help to sue both the companies for mental harassment of waiting indefinitely and getting my money stuck.
