Complaint regarding non-delivery by Snapdeal

Placed an order on Jan 13th 2017, Received an sms stating that the order has been delivered, Where as the product has not been delivered to me. Spoke to the Customer executives numerous numbers of time spoke to the superiors numerous number of times Floor supervisors, managers only the response i get it as the refund will be initiated within 24-48 Hours of time wonder is it 24-48 Hours of time or is 24-48 Months. One of the Pathetic service from Snap deal.
