Complaint regarding non-delivery, false status by PayTm

On 9th April I ordered shoes worth 1050, I was getting 200 cashback on online payment so I did payment.

On 22nd April I got email and message saying that “your order has been delivered” but I did not got any delivery or call and I have verified with my family members they have also not received any delivery.

I registered complaint regarding this to Paytm customer care and after 11 days they are saying that your was received at your address, so I asked about the detail of the person who received my delivery but they are not giving me any details.

My complaint number is 01264438.

I had worst experience ever.
