Complaint regarding non-delivery of Dish TV by Comparedth.com

I booked DTH connection from Comparedth.com , I remitted RS1599 online towards the same, the order number is CDT1462775344 and Payment confirmation number is 53640062 dated 09-05-2016, It has been 2 weeks and there is no response from the Company regarding the status of the installation, Their Customer Services are worst in the industry, I tried to reach various numbers I get no proper response, I would like raise a concern through this forum and demand the company to refund my amount.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
