Complaint regarding online purchase from emyntra

I had purchased roti maker and other complimentary gifts through EMyntra online website. I was given an assured free gift offer which was aboslutely free for me as cited.

On receiving holiday package vouher, it was told to me that, redemption charges of Rs.1799 was to be paid which was never told to me during telephonic discussion. Further, option was given to me citing upgradation of free gift(Laptop) by by paying differnential amount as told by senior officer of EMyntra.com which was paid by credit card on 24th Nov 14.

On following day it was told to me that, value was wrongly communicated . So, additional amount of Rs.5000 has to be paid for desptching the item. In this context, there was a breach of contract between customer and EMyntra.

So, I request your intervention either for despatch of laptop or refund of Rs.12999/- which was paid for upgradation of free gift and my purchased item should be despatched immediately.
