Complaint regarding order with Fitnessworld

I ordered a kamachi 4 in 1 treadmill on 04/05/16. My order number is 11456. I have been checking my order status frequently and its still is processing. I have emailed the seller many times but iam not getting any response. I have tried calling their helpline numbers but still there is no answer. Also there is no cancellation option. Please help me get my moneu back.
