Complaint regarding out of stock Dell battery

I had purchased laptop novermber 2016 from Best buy New York United states with 3 year onsite support. Few days ago, i have issue with battery and approach to Dell Technical Support, they had run diagnostic and found that issue in battery and Transfered to Dell Sales. Dell Sales people told me that battery is not available with us and you contact to compuindia. I had then approached to compuindia , they send mail saying that this laptop ( DELL XPS 15 9550 ) is out of stock so we can not help you in this matter.

Then i am able to manage battery from Amazon United States.

After that i had again approached to dell technical support and ask to send engineer to fix it because battery is inside the laptop so in that case laptop to be open from back , now dell is asking additional charges for this.

Point is if any part is not available with dell and purchased from outside then why pay charges to replace it.
