Complaint regarding poor connectivity from ACT Broadband

I am facing internet connectivity issue from past 15-20 days and ACT has not provided permanent fix on this even though I have raised it multiple times. I am not able to focus on my work and daily routine and getting severe headache due to following this issue from past 15 days. Now, I am feeling helpless because customer care is keep on repeating same message and providing false commitment. Kindly provide help on this issue and please find the complain tickets number below.
