Complaint regarding poor quality Tata Sky remote

I’m existing customer of Tata sky from last 3-4 years. My remote was not working so I took new remote from Tata sky with 200rs charge in January 2017, but some buttons are not working which are just I found in March month. So within 2 months remote is not working properly. Some buttons are not working when I called customer support they said take new remote with 200rs charge OR arrange technician visit for same charge. I really don’t understand why I have to pay 200rs for new remote, we don’t buy it from market. it’s from Tata sky only. There is no warranty for there product. How they sale such bad hardware and blindly we are paying the amount. Also I don’t have any other option because it’s digital setbox connection. I need justice here…. hope you help me here… thanks in advance.

    What action you are taking? I need new remote, why I have to pay for your bad remotes?
