Firstly i would like to say that the service Motorola is providing is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.
I bought a Moto E3 Power on 3rd dec 2016 via Flipkart, after a month of usage there were some issues with the phone like:-
1- The phone started hanging and lagging very badly.
2- Major issue is with the earphone jack, if i connect any home theatre, 5.1 channel system, in my cars stereo system etc etc the song will pause again and again means the music cannot be played at higher volume.
3- Volume level badge on display screen gets freezes.
I had submitted the phone in the service centre they told me that they will replace the motherboard, i got it back after a week, the same problem was there,
Then i contacted to the motorola’s customer care they told me that submit the device again and share the job sheet no. With us we will lokk into the matter, i did the same and got the phone after 5 days, still there was the same problems with the device,
Since then i have called them 20-25 times to the customer care and they gave me the assurance that i will get a call from their senior team in 72 hrs but didn’t got any response.
I had emailed them 5 times but didn’t got any response from them.
After a month i got a reply from them then also they r not assisting me properly and telling to wait more and more.
Only i’m getting is false assurance and ridiculous service from motorola,
They’re only making a fool of me.
Tell me you want to assist me or not so that i don’t have to wait to go to the consumer forum.
