Complaint regarding poor service from One Assist

On 17-12-2016, I bought an insurance cover for my mobile from One Assist through online by paying Rs.934 (for 13,000 product). One Assist also said that they will arrange pick up of the mobile if it crashes and they will also provide a support mobile. However, when my mobile got damaged slightly in the corner, with lot of difficulties I made them pick my phone on 21-02-2017. After this, they blocked my account two times without any reason. With difficulties I made them re-open my account and on 10-3-2017 they communicated to me that my claim has been rejected and the unrepaired mobile will be returned in 7 – 10 days time. However, when I received the phone, I was shocked to find that the whole screen was damaged and the body cover was open. When I informed this to them they did not take responsibility for this. I have all proof for this. I made the pick up person check my mobile thoroughly. I am filing this complaint with all proofs I have.
