Complaint regarding poor support from Shopclues

I have ordered for a lehenga from shopclues.com on 26th january 2017 and received the order on 2nd february and on the same day I had requested for return since the lehenga blouse was not fitting at all like other companies i thought that shopclues will be attentive like other online company but I am shocked to know that they didn’t respond properly nor i was contacted by customer services no calls came from them and now I am unable to see my order details from my shopclues profile.
