Complaint regarding promo card from JMD Hospitality

I have bought a promo card from the jmd hospitality for the regenta hotel’s free food and cash vouchers, for which I have firstly confirmed with the hotel and they said me its true. But now they are telling me that this promo card and vouchers are invalid as the hotel is changed to starotel. And thay will not entertain the cost of this card which I have paid to their executive. Plz look after this as I m cheated by the top most 3 star hotel of my city.
