Complaint regarding quality of rooms booked through OYO

I booked two rooms for 2 days in Ooty from 24 February to 26 February. I booked two premium rooms. The photos and features they shown on their app are different from what i got. Few points to highlight:

— Pillows were stained
— Taps & mugs in washroom were broken
— Sewerage was blocked

We were 5 members when we checked in. The service guy came with single plate and spoon set when we ordered food. Even after repeated calls, they sent total of 4 sets for 5 people.

The hotel staff knew that I am complaining about these things still they didn’t change the broken and stained things after cleaning the room.

The OYO captain knew everything as i called him to explain still he didn’t call me back if checkout was smooth or not. I had to roam around the city to search a new room and paid extra bucks to book new rooms on urgent basis.

It clearly shows that the services they provided was not for premium category still they charged me premium costing.

Kindly take care of this. I have been trying to get in touch with them however their team do not respond. It’s been more than 24 hours since i am waiting for their call.
