Complaint regarding recharge through Phonepe

I would like to complain regarding one of the most pathetic mobile wallet apps. I have done a recharge of 50rs on 11th Feb and still didn’t get refunded. I keep calling them and they say that they will follow up with the bank for this. When I asked them for the reference number with which I should contact the bank they said that the number is not available and they will contact bank regarding this. The truth is they haven’t even initated a refund. In my last call I talked to Sxxxxa Gxxxxa.
