On 16th February 2017 I had booked a mobile phone Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace SM J 110 (Black) which was sold by Kharbanda Elecronics on amazon.in and had made online payment also for Rs. 4662.00. As per that delivery was expected before 28th February 2017. When I didnt get delivery, I wrote to amazon as well as the supplier also. Amazon also wrote to the supplier but the supplier never replied, so ultimately on 2nd March their A to Z guarantee approved my claim for refund. Then on 7th March they sent an email that they have refunded my money. But it is now 20th March and my money has not yet been credited in my account. I sent emails to them several times. All the time they sent me reply that they have sent payment on 7th March and informed me to check my back account. Even today also my money has not credited in my account. They have kept my money with them for than a month. This way they are cheating people and enrolling suppliers who are not reliable. I here by request you to look into the matter as such type of service providers are cheating innocent people. When government is encouraging cash less system then in such situation what to do, it is very difficult to understand.
