I had purchased 5 items worth 7101/- from Craftsvilla
I initiated the return since the product was very poor in quality. I was asked to return the product via courier and the same was done successfully. Initially, craftsvilla claimed they did not receive the product back and with the courier proof of Delivery and Seller confirmation, they agreed that the return package had reached craftsvilla.
Since then they have opened up an incident number and when ever call them for refund, they ask me to wait to 7-10 days repeatedly giving an excuse of Technical Issue.
I would be glad if ICF forum can help me get my refund back.
