Complaint regarding refund from Ebay vendor

I have purchase TV from Ebay dtd 18th Feb 2017, amount paid by Credit card I got delivery on 27th Feb, I open the box TV is not working, so immediately within 3-4 hours send the message to Ebay & their seller that TV is not working so kindly arrange reverse pick-up & refund my amount.

Seller said contact Ebay for reverse pick-up or else shipped by yourself as our area is not serviceable (only delivery can be provided) also mentioned something happened in transit they’ll not responsible for which we not agreed as its not our responsibility as well once we shipp the item & courier charge they’ll refund.

We contacted Ebay they said you have to wait for 4 days as per the ebay rules & seller have to take initiative to make the necessary arrangements. After 4 days we contacted ebay on 4th March they said we cannot provide reverse pick-up & we have to arrange by yourself for which (courier charges only) they’ll provide coupon which we can be used in next purchase only from Ebay within 3 months of issued at once. Same day we replied to them its not possible for us to send these TV as we dont have nearby courier office nor they collect from our area so we have to pay extra for transportation & secondly we dont want to take that voucher as its useless for us if we dint used that within 3 months.

on 6th March I interact with them again through Chat (chat history available) I inform that nearest courier service is almost 30 kms away from my house & I have to pay almost Rs 1000 for Taxi apart from courier charges of Rs 2000-2200 & they assure me that they’ll not to worry & inform the claim adjuster in these regards & get update within 48-72 hours.

On 8th March instead of they & assist us they send us threatening email, to submit the proof of return shipping within 2 days or else claim will be closed in favour of Seller. So next day on 9th March we reshipped the TV through Bluedart & send them (Ebay) email along with TV photos, Taxi bill of Rs 1000, Bluedart shipping details & Invoice Rs 2610 & mentioned to refund all our money in our bank (bank details given to them or else payTM on my No. & not to give voucher.

We didnt got acknowledgement from them nor any call, 11th March I ask them still they said your claim is under process in the Afternoon. Evening I got email & SMS from them saying your claim is closed due to not providing details, i have immediately try to contact them through chat & by call but Chat was closed (sat not working) & calls they not transfer to customer care executives (tried more than 4 times) so I send them email mentioning re-shipp of TV & documents email to them & waiting for their reply.

Atleast they should call me before closing the claims, seller used TV by mentioning Brand new, they are cheating customers.

Please suggest me what I can do now?
