Complaint regarding refund from Ebazar Ninja

I have purchased online MI 20000 mAh portable powerbank from Ebazar Ninja around in Dec-16 for Rs. 899/-. The delivered material was not in good condition so the same was get returned by courier agency and issue me material return memo.

After that I have been following for refund Rs. 899/- but they are not processing the same. I have written many emails to them but they are not responding. I have contacted many time on their customer care 011-43482200 but every time they provide same answer that you may be contacted in next 48 hrs.

Finally I am so tired with such follow up. Now I want your help to get my money back. Kindly do the needful into this at your earliest. Whatever information you need for further process, I am ready to provide you.
