Complaint regarding refund from Freecharge

I made a payment at Book my show on 03/01/2017 of Rs. 2079 through FreeCharge . The event which I paid for got cancelled and BMS say they will refund my amount in some days. Then they the initiated the amount after 23 jan. Then freecharge e-mailed me that they initiated the amount on 31st jan you will receive it in 5-7 days. Now I emailed both of them I also gave them the proof of bank statement that I didn’t received any money yet.
FreeCharge is not responding I asked something they tell something else.
