I purchased an online e-course at learnwithflip.com by looking the details in their affiliated link which is an advertisement in techgig.com, in that if we don’t like the course we can get refund if complaint raised in 24hrs of purchase, but complaint was raised and no one is responding positively, learnwithflip.com was saying that was an old policy and they don’t refund now. techgig.com not responding at all to emails.
The course is all about basics and no content was there which was required by me.
still they say that you purchased and go for course or leave the money. They say that i have accessed their 170hrs online course in first 24hrs only.
They say that they will refund only 50%.
If their policies were not updated in all their advertising websites how would i bear the loss. Please help me.
