Complaint regarding refund from Makemytrip

I booked a Kashmir package with makemytrip for 22-26th Feb(ex. Delhi). During the trip, my return flight SG153(Srinagar to Delhi) was cancelled for 26th Jan due to bad weather. Initially I rescheduled the flight to 3 rd February but then cancelled the same as I bough othet ticket for other dates on my own. Spicejet confimed that the refund has been processed and Rs. 9056 has been debited to the agent i.e MakeMyTrip. I have been following up with makemytrip from 31st January but everyday they assure that within 24 hour someone will contact but till now no one has ever contacted me. I have to explain everything to a different person everyday and no one is ever able to provide any resolution. They does not even have any tracking system for the tickets raised one day back. Each day a new ticket is raised and the next day the older ticket is valished from the system.
