Complaint regarding refund from Mobikwik

Today I had worst experience. I booked a ticket from IRCTC as Mobikwik is providing 50Rs Cashback to first user. Amount is deducted from wallet but ticket is not booked. I tried calling their all customer support numbers available online but not a single number is working then finally I raised a ticket but till now amount is not refunded in mywallet. I called IRCTC support also, they said they have not received the payment hence ticket is not booked. I got the Cashback of 50rs but condition is that you can only redeem 5rs per transaction that means you would have to do 10 transactions. It was not mentioned anywhere. Very bad service. After 2 days I got the call from there end asking to Deposit 1650 to verify you then they will refund my deducted amount. Also automatically 1650 RS got deducted from my wallet and transferred to some other wallett by Mobikwik. How shameless people these are. Operators are saying this is our company policy and they don’t have any senior to talk. Again I got call from 1 of their operator asking for my Credit/Debit card detail verbally not on email as he said they don’t have email facility. I declined that offer. 1 of their senior took my email id but till now no email received.

    Mahanagar gas bill deducted twice,
    Please refund my money
