Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

I ordered a Spykar jeans from Myntra, for an amount of 1562.68 and later, applied for a return of the same. I was asked to wait for 7-10 days for refund, which I did. Then they sent me a screenshot of the “Successful Transaction”, which wasn’t being reflected in my bank account. I confirmed with the bank and they denied the refund. Myntra Customer Care then said I will have to confirm with the bank only again as their part was done when they sent the amount via PayU, and they weren’t responsible for the rest. But eventually, nothing got credited into MY ACCOUNT. Please help.
