Complaint regarding refund from PayTM

I bought a Lenovo backpack from Paytm. I got the product with wrong specification and requested for retrun of the product. I got a message that the pick up will be done in 7 days but this has not happened. When I contacted PayTm they asked me to return the product and they will refund courier charges maximum Rs.200. I returned the product on 7th March by incurring a charge of Rs.140 and the product has been delivered to them on 8th March. However, I have still not got refund in my account. When I contact PayTm they say they have not received confirmaiton from the Seller.
