Complaint regarding refund from Paytm after failed ticket booking

I had tried to book three people ticket from irctc site. While on payment time they diverted to paytm site as third party and i had transferd the ticket amount 2321.50 rupees to the account. From the my bank account Bank of baroda they deducted the amount and finally i count not able to finish the ticket booking. It shown as failure to book. Soon after i called the BOB Customer care they told they could not do anything as it is third party we had transferd the amount to them .so i tried to contact paytm customer. So do the needful to refund the deducted amount to my BOB account it self.
