Complaint regarding refund from Shopclues

I ordered a product from shopclues and initially it was a cash on delivery mode. when i got a message from shopclues as my product is arriving today so i instantly paid through ecod (Debit Card payment) but when the delivery boy (xpressbees couries )arrived at my place he asked for the money as it was mentioned over their COD so as i wasn’t their at that moment my parents paid Rs 309 and he delivered the product.

It was purely a shopclues fault as they couldnt co-ordinated or communicated with the courier company about the change in Payment mode and cause of these i made a twice payment

So then i put the product for the refund, these shopclues people only refunded me Rs 299/- which i paid through Debit card and remaining Rs 309/- is not been refunded.

By taking many of the follow ups they are not ready to refund my amount as its their fault completely
