Complaint regarding refund from Shopclues

I purchased a mobile from ShopClues during the month of May 2016. As the product quality was too poor and decided to return the mobile and requested for return pick-up. The return pickup was arranged and done within the allowed timeline. I never wanted a replacement as I was not happy with the product quality, however shopclues sent a replacement piece, but I didn’t collect or accept the package and it was returned to shopclues.

After that I made several follo-up calls to Shopcluse customer service and no good response and didn’t receive my refund till today (10 months passed now). Could you please help me getting the refund as soon as possible?

Also advise, what other steps should I have to take against shopclues to get the refund.
