Complaint regarding refund from SmartBuy, Goibibo

I bought ticket from Mumbai to Indore for 28th October 2016 from Smart Buy. Smart Buy directed me to GoIbibo which then directed me to GoIndigo. So it was SmartBuy>GoIbibo>GoIndigo.

Due to missed connections, I cancelled my ticket. After cancellation I asked Smartbuy to refund the amount. To which they asked me follow up with Indigo and GoIbibo. Why the hell on this earth I should follow with Smart Buy’s partner.

Frustated with the conversation, I called up Indigo took cancellation confirmation from them, then forwared it to GoIbibo took cancellation confirmation from them and forwarded it to Smart Buy finally. To your knowledge, GoIndigo and GoIbibo both applied cancellation charges on my ticket. But within few days they both gave me confirmation that refund is done to Smart Buy.

But now it has been more than 3 months and SmartBuy had not refunded my money to me. I have been chasing these people via emails and phone. Every time they ask 3 days of time and then do not reply back. This is now a routine. From past 4-5 weeks they have even stopped responding to my emails.

My reference no is 1473431332297913. They have pathetic service. I want my refund and I would like to get compensation for the inconvience that they have caused to me.
