It’s been a month that I returned an order that I placed on Snapdeal. I had already provided my bank account details when I was placing the return request. Days passed, I called them again yo know about the refund status, they said that I hadn’t provided them my bank details. However, I again filled the form of bank account details. I didn’t receive tye money. Since then i have been calling them continuously to know about the refund but they say that they have initiated the refund. Then out of nowhere I received an email form them which said my account will be suspended because of some reason. I got a call from snapdeal, the person named Vxxxs told me that they have suspended my account and cannot tell the reason for the same and when I asked him about my refund, he said they won’t be giving my own money to me. This is so bad on their part! I feel like being cheated from their end. Highly disappointed!!
