Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal for returned product

I ordered a pair of shoe on 11 january due to some reasons returned my parcel and and they say that they have refunded my money on 17 January. But now till this date i have not received any refunding
I call snapdeal frequently.every time they assure me by firing my complaint letting me talk to the higher executives. Also i have sent the statement to bank several times in this 1 month period ,whever i send it there comes a rply that “sorry we donot handle this helpdesk[@]snapdeal try contacting to our costomer care”.Every time they give me the same refrence no and try to assure me that they will refund money. They are just making us irritated by revolving us by their sides

M fed up literally i have invested more on calls and other things than the original price of my shoes
How long is this gonna continue?
