I have registered a complaint in INGRAM on YOU Broadband for Broadband connection, which they have refused because of feasibility issues as per their update. So I have requested for refund which has been processed on 2 February and should reach me within 7-10 working days as per their email confirmation. But since then there is no update or any cheque received and though I call the customer service they didn’t even have any details about this. Could some of the consumer forum take care of this default business and penalize them.
