Complaint regarding refund, replacement from Snapdeal

Firstly We purchased HIKVISION TURBO HD CAMARA DS-2CE56D1T-IR received on 21st Feb 2017 but they sent us 2CE56DOT….they collected the product back from us week ago which is on 1st march but no response since this date. update shows still dispatching…
next i puchased WYBER TV and received on 26th FEB after seeing the product same day i put a return request for snapdeal they sent their varehouse address to courier it. i sent it on professional courier and paid 400 rs on 28 Feb 2017 till now there is no response from them i called so many times but no response they are talking UN necessary things they were putting my call,on hold…. what shall i do? please take necessary action on Snapdeal and help us in getting refund on WYBER tv and Hikvision turbo camara for both products i paid 10000/- rs
Please help in this regard

i am also sending the call status and time duration of calling to Snapdeal i lost lot of money for calling std call charges on every call… now i am sending all the images related to orders please take necessory action on snapdeal
