I had given my phone for repair to One Assist Consumer Solutions on 5th December 2016. They sent the phone to the authorized service center on 21st December 2016 and informed me that the phone would be repaired by 18th January 2017. Thereafter, they changed the deadline twice to 30th January 2017 and 18th February 2017. They haven’t even given me a backup handset as promised during purchase of mobile insurance nor repaired my phone even after 2 months. Kindly request you to look into this matter.
