I booked a room on MakeMyTrip for my exam in Agra. When I reached there, they told me that they have no tie up with the MakeMyTrip or Oyo. They denied entry. I had to suffer whole night contacting customer care, searching here and there for hotels. At last OYO picked call and told me that no room can be given in this and also no shifting of booking can be done. They told me to request MakeMyTrip to initiate refund. I am complaining because I suffered whole night even after prior booking befor am exam.
