I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 edge on 4th September 2016 and have got 6 month warranty on accessories given along with cellphone.
Now after 5 month my earphone is not working so I went to service center ,they are saying that they are not having stock and sometime they are saying that server is down and if I will got the earphone exchanged then they will first format my cellphone completely then they will provide me new earphone means anyhow they are avoiding to exchange the accessories in warranty.
I have already wasted lots of time for this matter but they are not listening me so please look into this matter and help me to avail warranty because after few days warranty will get expired. It’s very expensive Smartphone and though earphone will also be expensive If i will purchase…so please help me as your intervention is required.
