Complaint regarding service from Mobells.in

I had requested for the service of samsung galaxy note 2 touch screen and display replacement on 20/2/2017, person had come to collect the device on 21/2/2017.

I got my device repaired on 27/02/2017 on using the device for sometime i felt it uncomfortable to use it i checked the device and to the notice i got to see that the device had been replaced with a duplicate parts in-spite i had paid Rs.6799.00 for the original parts, on the other day i called the customer care on 8880393393 they told me that they will replace it with a good quality of parts and the device was again taken on 15/03/2017, now non of the people are receiving the calls nor any reply is given by mails.

please take immidiate steps against the company and try getting back my phone.
