Complaint regarding services from Tikona

From the day 1 I have been facing problems regarding the broadband. I had made clear and a firm decision is made and is been requested to tikona for the disconnection of the connection on 07-03-2017. Ref No: 1-4600234653.
Now, from the last 48 hours I am not able to get the connection and I had to run behind the technical team. They say it will get resolved within 2-4 hours. 48 hours has been gone and still the harassment is going on.

This is the 3rd time I talked within the senior technical team today and same speech was repeated to me, When I asked them to work on my disconnection she said it takes 7 days to progress. When I asked for a resolution she said she will correct the issue and if I am unhappy then she will disconnect it tomorrow. How is it possible? It takes 7 days to process a disconnection and if I am unhappy then it takes 1 day to disconnect? They are fooling me from the day 1 . And now they keep me on hold for 15 min and again repeat the task. At last I urged them to disconnect it right away and they promised me to do so. No such due is pending from my end. And she said nothing is due and she can disconnect it. I asked her to be specific of what she is speaking because I was recording her voice, She said that it dosent matter to her and nothing is going to happen. Is this the way they talk to customer? are the goons over there sitting in Tikona. I need the connection to be disconnected right away with no further discussion .

I have already paid my bill till 7th Mar 2017. And before 15 days my net is been disconnected. In fact I should get a refund of half of the monthly charge i.e Rs. 600 which I paid to you. I have several mail copies which I have sent to tikona but no relevant answer and resolution is given to me, I am hereby attaching my current account status. Please disconnect the connection as soon as possible with a proper refund.

    With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.

    Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.
