Complaint regarding Snapdeal Gift voucher

I had ordered a Green Regular Fit Jeans on 28 July 2016 using a Gift Voucher of 500 on Snapdeal.com. Later I returned the Jeans and claimed for refund. Refund was provided, but when I went to re-order on website at a later date.. Value of Gift voucher is shown 0.

Snapdeal complaint was raised with no. 39460342 which is still not resolved from January 2017. More details below:
I have not used voucher code any time after the refund was provided. I guess there has been a fraud happened with securtiy crisis to Snapdeal website or technical team itself consumed the Gift voucher. Nobody is trying to resolve the issue. Fraud may be connected to Snapdeal employees only who have access. Technical team does not callback with full details but only empty promises. There is no way to escalate to top level of grievance. there is different answers at every time.. Call gets on hold forever.
