Complaint regarding Tikona broadband services

I have been taken tikona broadband service few month back, but would not used on regular basis due to regular travel outside the city, i did nt used it upto 100 mb, i recieved the bill of 1538, but i paid 1550 /- and put the request to close the same even i callled customer care and i formed them, but their legal team started calling me and threating me to pay the 26000 rupees or file the court case, which cause i come into the depression and nervous ness situation, they even threating abusisiNg me evry time, these peopel are very bad and harrasing people and blackmailing.where should i complaint or what is solution.     How can you close the compalint wihtout given proper clearification, i already put my detail in to the complaint in forum and it must be you, beacsue i m ur customer and you people are bt discoonet my connection even calling me daily to conveince me continue the connection, i want to know what action has been taken from ur side againt ur recovery agent due to misbehaving and threating me?
