Complaint regarding Tikona termination and billing

Last year I request Tikona to close my account because their service was not good & I clear the payment up to which I have used. Now in May 16 I got one phone from Mr. Axxxxxt Txxxxxxr from Delhi. He said I am advocate of Tikona you pay us Rs. 710/- otherwise we will file a case against you in Kakardooma court Delhi. We will harress you. After he ask me to pay Rs. 310/- principle amount as settlement. I have paid the same amount on 9th of may via TID 1113364516TPC0905160130. After some time advocate again call me & ask to make another late payment fees. I request him as well as Tikona to give me waiver but they refused. I ask them to give email ID of CEO Mr Pxxxxxh Bxxxxxxi but they not give. The company is registered in Mumbai & I am also staying in Mumbai then also purposely they are filing case against me in Delhi. I comes to know through public platform they are doing this type of things with many peoples.In this way they are loosing their reputation in market. This is not good for their company’s health. Please advise me what to do.
