Complaint regarding top up loan from SBI

My home lone tranfer form HDPF to SBI for 56.6lac and in additinal to this VxxxxxL Jxxxxxn loan coordinator has initiated my file and still date not getting TOP UP FURNITURE lone 5.0lac amount .daily only discussion and no results. I feel this is very bad experience with such type of person working in SBI AS NO RESPONSIBILITY after taking additnal charged form us. Also SBI team need to take serious note, so that this will not happed again with user. can any one from SBI honour to do this pending activity.
