Complaint regarding Uber drivers

When we book a cab through uber, the registered driver must accompain the ride with us. But the scenario is different. Driver from the profile will be different from the driver who comes to pickup. The driver has a driver. I faced similar issues 10 times with uber. All the time i raise a complaint and they refund the fare amount to my account. After several complaints, they promised me that no such incident will happen again. But they failed to keep their promise. With my recent booking, the issue repeated. Driver who came to pickup is different from the profile who is registered with uber. This is a serious issue and how an mnc company can follow these false practices making the rides for women drivers a security issue.

    Pradeep who’s location was Shivaji Park around half an hour back and was supposed to pick me up from plaza went directly towards Bandra and was not receiving my call

    I have been asked to pay Rs 60 as a cancellation charge even though it was not my fault
