Complaint regarding unfair billing by Tikona

I disconnected my Tikona service way before my billing date. Yet they charged my Rs. 260 for cancellation charge. I never knew that Tikona charged for cancellation. I paid all my bills still one me agent called.. extremely rude and said u need to pay the bill as you have used it. I had no idea what she was telling. After paying Rs 260 it showed me that your account will be credited for the amount.. what the hell!!. I am.not using so why should my account get credited? It’s a disgusting affair and I really don’t want any further calls or communication from this unprofessional company. My user ID is 1116114474.

    Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.
