Complaint regarding Vodafone 3G offer on Samsung Galaxy duos

I dharm chand meena from jaipur I have using 2 vodagone connection #9828770044 and #9828401092. recently I buy samsung galaxy grand duos as per samsung offer I got 2GB 3G data per month gor 2 months on both number. I never been able to use this service coz vodafone barr’s my outgoing call nd internet services. I starting using data since 10th of feb nd they barred my services on 11th of fen by saying that I cross my credit limit which is rs 500..but data pack is separate thing. its free till I dont cross 2gb use. my bill cycle is 19th to 18th of each month. when my bill generated on 19 th it was not over then 400 on both sim. then they unbarred my service but after 1 day they again barred my service. I contact their customercare atleast 20 time but they did not respond me properly even they not behave properly i also contact to relationship manager and nodal officer but they also respond me properly. now I want the claim to vodafone plzz helo me

    Im not satisfied with this reply im harassed by vodafone for 13 day I know how I suffered. .now I just want the claim..I extremely request to indiaconsumerforum that plz help me

    I too purchased samsung Grand on 06/04/2013 Mobile #9873315545 as per the offer they have to provide me 2 GB 3G data i have purchased this no one month ago and i have activated 198 plan which is going to get end on 04/08/2013. But my concern is if iam asking to change my plan from 2G to 3G they will change at any point of time in mid of my any plan but i have to receive this 3G data plan one day earlier i called up to customare care they told me it will take 24 hours to 48 hours but after completing 48 hours i called they told me that this offer is not valid because you are using 2G plan. I am not able to understand if this offer is with handset then what is relation between my plan and this offer this can be my addtional addvantage. I am very scured up I need justice offer is offer this has no relation with what i have purchased. Please look into it as soon as possible.

    Vaibhav I sued vodafone and its officer in court recently ..you should do the same
